Refund Policy

At TouchEase.store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

• Items marked as final sale

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, please contact us at support@TouchEase.store.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
